Obituary, Red Wing Daily Republican, Tues, Feb. 27, 1894:
"Died, at Brasington, Feb. 16, of pneumonia, Mrs. Alzina Bragg, aged 84 years. The deceased was the oldest person on Rush River, if not in the town of Salem. The deceased moved to Brasington from Pine Island, Minn., in 1869. Her husband died about eighteen years ago. Subsequently she has lived with her son Will up to the time of her demise. The remains were brought to Red Wing for interment."29 |
