Research Notes |
BIRTH: His parentage is confirmed with his birthdate given as ca 1787 and the place given as Stillwater NY.32
MARRIAGE: His marriage to Elizabeth is confirmed with no date or place given.32
There is confusion about his marriages. One source shows his first of two wives as Harriet ANDREWS, with the children shown here as hers, and with no marriage to Miss SMITH.29 Another source says he was married twice, first to a ? SMITH (possibly Dianne), with the child shown here as hers.32 For the moment I will show all three marriages, although both sources suggest he was married only twice.
DEATH: His death date is also given as Feb 7, 1873 with the place given as "near Maitland".32 |
