The reason I state this is that there is the birth record for Charles #1. The 1900 census shows Charles born in Oct 1873 and Sarah Orr McKague's obituary states that she was the mother of 11 children, of whom 8 were living - that means 3 deceased kids - the twins and the first Charles H.
