Nathaniel immigrated to Ontario about 1832. He bought part of Lot 22, Concession 5, Hamilton Township. After settling in Hamilton Township, he built a log cabin with logs from clearing the forest. The following year, he built a more substantial log house. He later built a frame barn. The house and barn were still standing in 1938.73
Nathaniel had red hair, and was over six feet tall.73 |
